Welcomeチャンス is an Android app developed by Japan Racing Association that offers a lot more than just lottery participation. The app is designed to cater to both beginners and horse racing enthusiasts, allowing them to enjoy event information and racehorse posters held at the racecourse.
The app has introduced a point system that can earn you ONE MORE CHANCE tickets upon accumulating points. To participate in the lottery, all you need to do is arrive at the racecourse with your location settings turned on. If you don't win the lottery, you can use your ONE MORE CHANCE ticket to participate in the lottery again. (ONE MORE CHANCE tickets can be earned by accumulating points.)
Apart from lottery participation, the app offers exciting features like event information, gallery, and my page where you can check your rank and the number of tickets you have. Additionally, you can get a racecourse-exclusive stamp on your stamp card by participating in the lottery for the first time at each racecourse.
Please note that the app requires network communication, and communication fees are the user's responsibility. Also, the app requires you to turn on location settings to participate in the lottery. Lastly, to participate in the lottery, you need to be over 20 years old and registered with a valid phone number for personal verification.
